This ship was made from human beings.
Everything: deck, hold, masts,
even the machines.
The siding was a pain:
holes mended with heads
waterlogged.
Leaks were fixed
with bodies of those aboard,
while the remaining crew and passengers
searched for an harbor
in the open sea.
